Castle Balfour is a castle situated just off the Main Street of Lisnaskea, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland. It was built in 1618 by the Balfours when Sir Michael Balfour took control of the town in the Plantation of Ulster. The castle was inhabited right up to the early 19th century and is currently undergoing a restoration program.

The castle is a State Care Historic Monument sited in the townland of Castle Balfour, in Fermanagh District Council area, at grid ref: H3622 3369.[1]
